Chef John Zamarchi has plied his craft under many of the finest Chefs in Las Vegas. After graduating with honors from The Culinary Institute of America in 1997, John was recruited by The Rio All Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. While there he was able to transfer freely throughout the hotels’ many fine Restaurants eventually settling in with the late Jean Louis Palladin for two years as Fish Cook in Napa Restaurant. John went on to work at The Bellagio Resort with Julian Serrano at Picasso as rotisseur and then Sous Chef for Michael Jordan at Rosemarys’ Restaurant. John has drawn on the technique and passion instilled by these acclaimed masters of our industry and is currently corporate Executive chef for Suburban Restaurant group overseeing Kennedy Restaurant, Sedona Restaurant and John Cutter Pub.
