Inspired by a diverse range of Asian, Mediterranean and French training, Chef Partner Percy Oani first started working for Roy’s in 2000. From there, he has had the opportunity to work in many locations including La Jolla, Phoenix, Jacksonville, and Los Angeles to name a few. Educated at the California Culinary Academy and through years of mentorship with Roy Yamaguchi, Chef Oani has presided over the kitchen of Roy’s Las Vegas since 2006.
